DRY FRUITS

FIGS
Figs are the fruit of the ficus tree, a member of the mulberry family. Figs have many delicious, slightly gritty seeds and a distinctive, sweet flavour. They also have a soft, chewy feel. Since figs are delicate and perishable while they are fresh, they are often dried to preserve them. This results in a tasty and nutritious dried fruit that is edible all year long. The importer and exporter of dried fruit must ensure the quality of all products.

DATES
Numerous ailments, including constipation, digestive problems, heart problems, anaemia, diarrhoea, and stomach cancer, can be helped by dates. Additionally, dates aid in weight gain. Numerous vitamins, minerals, and fibre are present in dates.

RAISINS
One or more of the many health benefits of raisins include relief from sexual dysfunction, anaemia, acidity, constipation, and anaemia. Raisins have been connected to attempts to acquire weight in a healthy way, in addition to having a positive impact on bone quality, dental health, and eye health.

APRICOTS
Those magnificent orange-colored fruits, apricots, which are rich in beta-carotene and fibre, are one of the first signs of summer. While vitamin C-rich fresh apricots are only readily available in North America from May through August, dried and canned apricots are available all year.

DRY WOODAPPLE
Similar to many plants with medicinal benefits, the fruit's flavour isn't the best, but all of the tree's parts are employed in a number of procedures, such as the creation of fragrances, soaps, and furniture. Wood apple pulp is used in Indian Ayurvedic medicine as a liver and heart tonic.

DRY LIME RIND
The rind of a lime is its outer, golden skin. It is obtained by using a fine zester to remove only the pigmented section of the meat while leaving the white meat directly beneath the skin. It has a pleasant, energising aroma because of the lime oil, which is flammable while peeleding the rind. The flavour might be sour to acidic because the rind does not absorb the bitter white component.
